Training for home.
Hey guys, just a few tips of things that you guys can do around home each morning or something, just to get abit more fitness into your legs! You only need to do these activities for 1/2 hour each morning and i think it will help immensly!
Nearly everyone has been to the training sessions, so you know what we do. So give it a go at home! Do some lunge's down your hallway....do some squat jumps! get into the push ups! Over the next few sessions trish will be showing you guys heaps of stuff you guys can do at home! We are going to win this year! All we need is a massive effort from you guys in the next few weeks and it will be tops!!
