Training this week 11-17th August.
Training this week will be these dates.
Tuesday 12th afternoon, after school. Will have the bikes spinning and various other activities going on around. Meet at manual arts after school. Probably finish around 430. If anyone needs a ride home just let me know!
Wednesday 13th afternoon, 3pm dunlop park! This will be a training session similar to saturday and sundays sessions. Probably with more leg strength incorporated. We will be focusing on leg strength alot over the next few weeks! Every, PLEASE bring water!!
Thursday 14th afternoon, 3pm dunlop park! Pretty mush another fitness and strength session, bring lots of water and shiz. We are going to try mix it up!
Sunday 17th afternoon, 2:30pm dunlop park! Another fitness session, will have different focus this time, and we will try and finish off the session with something fun like footy or something.
Each arvo this week im going to try and come into school and see all you guys, see which peeps are training and shiz. Would be great if people could ride during lunch times and shit, just get used to spinning those legs hardcore stylez for 30min+.
Everyone! Please remember to bring water to every training session! Not just gatorade and all that!

Training progress
Hey guys!
It's good to see most of you turning up to the sessions. If u have feedback of what u've enjoyed, what worked u hard or what u didn't like just let me know and i can change stuff around
I appreciate u guys turning up but we just really need to start getting focused during the sessions if we are serious about it. Like this arvo's session we should've been able to get through most of that twice in the time we did it today.
For training stuff at home I had a chat to Newbs this arvo and suggested some stuff but i dunno if he'll pass it on.
Here's an idea of the cardio stuff u could be doing. 3 Days interval spins on the bikes, so say going hard for 3-4 mins and then at resting pace for 30 sec then hard again for 3 mins and keep those intervals up for half an hour. Then 2 days u should be trying to go for longer rides/runs for 45mins to an hour keeping the cadence (pedaling speed) up.
Look forward to training with you in the next couple of days,
Trish

Bike sessions are hard =[ Because Trish and I can't always get into school to train you guys. + we only have two bikes so we have to be able to watch all of you guys. We will try and have a session soon on the bikes. Not sure when. Any suggestions? I am away next week so i won't be at any sessions i don't think.

I don't think wheelbarrows are all that different? Some of them just have bigger tubs in them. Haha are we guna see someone pushing this one round the track? Owell, i'm not racing this year, so i have no say in the performance of riders on the day. I just hope we can show everyone how corinda rolls push's those pedals over the line; in first position
