Training 17th-23rd August.

Hey guys, this is the training plan for this week! We had a very good show of people from last week, also we are really starting to improve our performance during the sessions. Trish and I are very pleased with the progress from you guys. We still need to be putting in 110% for each session, as I've said before, one of the reasons we are doing this training for you guys is so you can find your limits and push them, and push them again! Anyway! Sessions are:

Tuesday arvo, CSHS Manual Arts dpt, 3pm. To bring: water. sports uniform. running shoes. Hopefully get some of you guys on the hpv's and spinning on windtrainers.

Thursday arvo, CSHS Manual Arts dpt, 3pm. To bring: water. sports uniform. running shoes. Hopefully get some of you guys on the hpv's and spinning on windtrainers.

Sunday: TBA. We are still not sure about sunday, i will update this as soon as I have spoken to Mr Newberry. As far as i can remember I think we are having a sessions out at Staplyton to get you guys on the bikes for a good three hours, if this is the case then it will be a mock race. You guys will be performing pitstops, and riding at race pace. This is the best oppurtunity we have to be able to tune the bikes, and for you guys to get some real time racing them. It would be GREAT if everyone could come to this session! (If it goes ahead, if not then we will have a normal session dunlop park, 3pm).

I won't be at Tuesday or Thursdays sessions this week. I'm in Sydney. Just a reminder for everyone to stay focused throughout the whole sessions and come prepared to leave very tired. Haha

Sweet as!

And there only 1 HPV able to spin, the other two are healing T_T

so we can all maybe go for a ride on pushies:)
